The company has set the standard for powerful but affordable small business telecommunications, with thousands of small business, branch and home office customers in North America and it has now arrived in the UK.

The Requirement

Talkswitch needed a company who could move quickly in building a UK eCommerce store that could be used to take orders and payments within the UK.

The store had to be compatable with the UK distributor who Talkswitch choose but also flexible enough to tie in seemlessly with their own webiste.

The Solution

With The Rocom Group becoming the sole distributor of Talkswitch products in the UK, it made sense for Rocom New Media to develop the online solution. The new store was designed to make it easier for shoppers to find the right product using a comprehensive product categorisation system and advanced search tool. The site adheres to all the latest accessibility regulations and coding techniques.

Talkswitch online store is hosted with Rocom New Media which allows us to produce detailed website activity reports.
